Hi Aidan and Steve. I can’t see the video you posted below. Can I have a link or can you help me how I can see it or find it somewhere else ? It would be awesome:) Thanks!

  • Neil Tribe  says:

Hi Steve. I’m in danger of becoming your ‘Superfan’ 🙂 I took part in the 12 days last year and I spent many hours going through your ‘Happiness Recipe’ exercise. I just kept at it until I finished. I used to struggle to pin down what I actually DID want from life. After completing that exercise I realised I DO know what is important to me after all. And those are things that don’t change from one year to another. Now I have this written down (I used Scapple to make an entire ‘big picture’ of it all), I can refer back to it when I loose perspective day to day.

The thing that jumps out from this video is the idea of ‘Every Damn Day!’ It makes all the difference. If you procrastinate on something for one day it becomes a week, then a month. Pretty soon its the end of another year!

The picture in picture video was soooooo helpful. Being able to see the person talking rather than just the slides on the screen accompanied by a disembodied voice, makes an amazing difference to the IMPACT of the concepts you are discussing. I vote you should do that on all your presentations and training sessions from now on. What does everyone else think?

Awesome start to the 12 days. Can’t wait for 2017!

    All the best

    Neil.

    • Aidan and Steve  says:

Thanks for the feedback Neil! I agree. EVERY DAY DAMNIT … is the new battle cry! And, thanks for comments on PIP. I was wondering how best to do this, and I think that’s it!

  • David Thomas  says:

So Right Steve I had taken the time out to make the decision about what I wanted in my life, my problem then was deciding how I was going to achieve it I had been caught up in shiny object syndrome computer is loaded with programmes I had purchased some I had done nothing!! I recently took a day out to review everything I had bought and to decide what I was going to use and how I was going to go about it. It actually took me 2 days Now I am focused on 3 things that interlink together and will help me achieve my “Finished”

  • Justin  says:

Good pep talk Steve! Looking forward to completing the puzzle and making what I really really want a reality in 2017.

  • Jorge Galloway  says:

Great talk , eye opening !!!!Thank you.

  • Michael  says:

    Very good, thanks.

  • Michael  says:

…and ditto on what Sharon said! 🙂

  • Ewa  says:

Enjoy your phone! What a lovely gift to get. Would love the laptop. Would come in so handy! Merry Christmas everyone!

  • Susan  says:

    Hi Steve,
Thanks for the getting started video. I definitely need some motivation to get going again. Hope you guys have s wonderful Christmas. Looking forward to the other videos. 😀

    • Susan  says:

      Forgot to congratulate Jeff!

  • Michael  says:

Hey guys… might be jumping the gun here, but since the vids you post are certainly going to be gold – is there a chance we can drop them in a section of the 100K site. Nothing like fantabulous reminders to re-focus when things get very busy again.

  • Alex  says:

Congrats Jeff, God bless you Aidan and Steve . Merry Christmas.

  • John  says:

Thanks Steve and Aidan, just what I needed to start this day with. Looking forward to the coming days!

  • Colleen  says:

This was exactly what I needed to hear right now. I have an idea that I have been interested in for a long time – but keep putting off jumping in for fear that I can’t make it work and because I can’t see in my head how to make all the pieces work. I now see that I just need to decide to do it and get on down the road. Thanks Steve.

  • John  says:

    Congrats to Jeff!

  • Tony Kerr  says:

This is an absolutely awesome initiative Steve and Aidan and I thank you for the opportunity to win something and also for the wonderful information and courses you have provided to us all. Thanks and a Very Merry Christmas to You Steve and Aidan, your families and to all those who are part of the Teams at 100K Factory, Blueprint Pro, and 100K Ultra that put in their time to help us all. • David  says:

Hey guys, it is amazing what you are doing. This giveaway is awesome! And not only that, you are truly inspiring.

Great content and Congratulations to Jeff

Wishing all a happy, healthy and safe Holiday weekend filled with many wonderful moments and some new found momentum into a new year!

Thank you Steve. I made My decision several months ago when I joined this Ultra edition! There have been some questionable times but I’m starting to see to great things happen. Great first “training” Steve for the genesis of the new year.

  • Pablo  says:

Great video enjoyed it Steve and Congrats to Jeff!

  • Tom Krug  says:

What do you really want? Seems like a simply question until you try to answer it. Asking yourself what does finished look like really helps your brain make that picture it needs to help you feel it. Once you get that going take some action! Great stuff. Congrats Jeff, Thanks Steve and Aiden.

  • Andrew Charles  says:

I think what you’re talking about here Steve is mindset – If you don’t first put yourself in the right place, then you are really going to struggle to get anywhere.

  • Rory  says:

Great video, as usual! Perfect content for this time of year!

  • David, Australia  says:

Procrastination is a major killer of never achieving your dreams.

  • Susan Johnson  says:

Working on this and using Trello to get to my daily goals. The first part is getting into the habit of opening the tools but now I have developed that habit. Even investing 15 minutes is better than no time at all. With my other job, it gets difficult but I am learning to squeeze it in each day. Slow and steady wins the race.

  • kay  says:

    Lucky Jefff. Congrats.

  • Erik  says:

    Great coaching!

  • Edita  says:

Thank you Steve for the great advice :).

  • Lora  says:

It is always a fun time of year with this presentation and giveaway. Thank you Steve and Aidan.

  • Jeff O  says:

Knowledge rocks, but the decision and the execution have the true power to change lives Damnit!

  • Charles Cherney  says:

I believe it was the singer Mel Torme who once said, “Rest makes rust.” Every single day. Just do it. Whip it good! 😁

  • Renee  says:

Thanks for the great post Steve. I know what I want but really need help with how to focus and take action. Awesome giveaway! Merry Christmas everyone.

  • Jeff E  says:

A very helpful, broad view of what steps people need to take to succeed!

  • Morris  says:

Thanks for sharing those thoughts Steve. All so true!

  • Venetia Aiken  says:

You know how something shows up at just the right time that you need it? Many thanks guys. Wishing you the happiest of holidays to you and yours. And to the group. Merry Christmas everyone!

  • Kim-Marie  says:

This is going to be good! Thank you!!!

  • CB  says:

    good stuff

  • Alexis Najarro  says:

It would be really cool if one of those prizes would be a free spot on that boot camp. I’ve always watched these videos you guys post whenever I can, but I never simply have enough money to sign up. Those are my goals, to develop an ecommercr business that’s successful enough so that I can have my own house and have free time.

  • Mike  says:

Thanks Steve! Congrats Jeff! Steve and Aidan’s Ecom training alone has earned me about $50,000 USD just this month in Amazon sales – so I’m very grateful to them for all off their online mentoring. Always great stuff, thanks Steve and Aidan!

    • Aidan and Steve  says:

AWESOME Mike! Let’s get that to be 500k in a month next year. It can be done…we just beat that by a wide margin for December!

      • Mike  says:

That’s great guys! Congratulations on all of your successes, you have definitely earned all of your rewards! ☺

  • Chris  says:

Thanks, Steve! Yup, I’ve spent many years wandering around (I blame it on being a Sagittarius, lol! JK) When I first started out on my own, I didn’t set a goal, just “I want to work from home”. It’s not a good enough goal, just a starting point, and I thank you guys for helping me in business planning and writing down my goals a couple years back. Merry Christmas to you, to Aidan and your families, and congrats, Jeff!

  • Marj  says:

Great start to your 12 Days of Christmas, Steve. As the year winds down and we get busy with family and friends it’s easy to let our focus on our businesses slip. Thank you for the inspiration.

    • Aidan and Steve  says:

Agree, Marj. That’s why this is SUCH a great time to just take a step back…not have to implement anything per se…just think and get your focus right. Makes a huge difference

  • Ceyda Biceroglu  says:

I love this message but what I appreciate more is hearing about your mentality and what you’ve done to achieve success. We can all hear it from someone like Tony Robbins but I want to hear it from the guys who are successful in Internet marketing. I’m most looking forward to your planning and time mgmt segments as I have ‘decided’ and I have my vision but I royally suck at execution.

    • Aidan and Steve  says:

Excellent! and…I agree. I’ll consult Tony when I want to understand how to walk on fire or something 🙂

  • Hollis Pirkey  says:

Thanks Steve. Great words of advice.

  • Jude  says:

Terrific video. Great advice for everyone. Thanks and have a wonderful holiday week.

  • J Farnsworth  says:

Happy Holidays to everyone. Hope this year will be great for everyone.

Thank you for all the help and encouragement you guys have provided this year. Both time management and knowing what you want is really important. Thanks for taking the time to do a year wind-up and helping with the coming year. I really appreciated the 12 week plan Aidan talked about earlier in the year. It’s been helpful. (I haven’t mastered it yet….working on it.)

One thing I realized in the last 6 weeks is that I need to remind myself what my vision is on a daily basis. Sometimes you can get so busy taking action, that you forget the big purpose/focus and sometimes that leads to misalignment of actions. So to help with this, I added a daily task reminder to my phone. Within the task reminder, it has a list of the daily actions I need to do, my long-term vision, the goals I currently focus on and a collage image of things I want to achieve. It doesn’t take long to review and I’m finding that it is helping with my focus during the day. (I’ve published my first children’s book this yet….it been something on my list to do for a while.)

I look forward to hearing the other suggestions and information you guys are planning on providing.

Thanks again for help with helping us achieve the life we want.

    • Aidan and Steve  says:

Great suggestion on the daily task reminder for the phone! Thx.

  • Leonardus Vandeven  says:

What I really really want in life is what I am doing right now. I have all that I want.

  • Kayla  says:

Thanks for the video. I needed to hear this again.

  • Susan  says:

Thanks Aidan and Steve. I really appreciate all you do for us. And these tips are coming at a perfect time for me, so thank you for that as well. Happy holidays!
    Susan

  • Kit  says:

Merry Christmas Steve & Aidan. Love the new battle cry “every day damnit”. Exactly the approach I need in my business. Even if it is a small step it matters tremendously in my mindset and believing I will reach the finish line.

Thanks so much for the inspiration and guidance.

  • Keith Schlichter  says:

Good stuff! Looking forward to hearing more. Congrats to Jeff.

  • Ivana  says:

Merry Christmas to everyone, may we all have a successful new 2017,and congratulations to Jeff!!! Love you guys….

  • Wendel  says:

    Hi Steve and Aidan.
Receiving you from the sunny twin island country of Trinidad and Tobago
Thanks so much for caring. Your first video is pure wisdom and gets to the point of why some of us aren’t closer to our goals. My wife and I have the greatest amount of respect and admiration for what you guys deliver. You have undoubtedly built a brand of TRUST that’s the envy of many in this space.
May God continue to bless your families and may you also remain in great health.
Merry Christmas to you and your families.

    • Aidan and Steve  says:

I bet you’re nice and warm!

  • Deborah Clarke  says:

My first $$ earned online from someone I didn’t know was with $100K Factory and then $100K Factory Ultra. And I continue growing with the business… thank you Aidan and Steve. Continued success in 2017. PS Aidan I’ve just launched a book on Amazon (c) 2017 Live Your Dream https://LYD.eBizCoach.ca plan to add some more mini- books too.

    Great job Jeff

  • Pam  says:

Merry Christmas Steve and Aidan! Congrats to Jeff for being day 1 giveaway winner!

Following you and learning from you has been the best decision I have made in my online eCommerce business. Thank you!

My indecision IS my worst enemy. I sabotage my success each day because of it, but Dammit, I am going to change that around, stop the sabotage, and take it from failure to SUCCESS instead. Following today’s guideline, I am going to write it down, visualize it, make a workable and realistic plan and then I’m going to act on it! Thanks for the motivation!

    • Aidan and Steve  says:

That’s the spirit, Pam! Every day Damnit!

  • Susan Cooper  says:

Hi Steve and Aidan – just listened to Steve’s Day 1 message: ‘The Secret to Getting What You Want in Life’ and found it inspiring. Even though I’m in the Personal Development field, and have heard all of this before many times, Steve has a way of making it fresh and adding to my own resolve to make it happen!

  • Bebe Robinson  says:

    Every Single Day Dammit!
I’ve had successes with marathons for a few days (not online business) but it only goes so far.
I am pretty good on decision but the thing is it wears off without the constant action part! it’s a matter of keeping the decision and end goal alive every day. And it’s the small wins each day that accomplish that. Dammit!
    Thanks for the reminder Steve.
Merry Christmas to you and Aidan.
You guys are the best :)))

  • Dino  says:

Great start for these 12 days. I needed to hear that. Decide what I want, see it and act on it daily. You made simple sound so profound. Thanks and have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

You always go above and beyond, Aidan and Steve, by sharing all your knowledge. I’m so grateful for all the doors of opportunities you have opened for us. Thank you for all you are and all you do!

  • Laurie  says:

What you say is so true. Just do it Dammit! Thanks for doing this guys. Merry Christmas to everyone

  • Thea  says:

Thank you Steve for your reminder. I already heard this before, but it is good to remember and make new decisions. And now write them down ;-). Jeff hope you enjoy your iPhone

    • Aidan and Steve  says:

Worth repeating for sure! Write them down!!!!! It actually makes a difference. It truly does.

  • Garry Peebles  says:

A beautiful morning, damn hot here in Melbourne Australia, but wouldn’t have it any other way, Merry Christmas to everyone. Thank you Aiden and Steve for everything you have done. I know I will make this and my buisness work because…… I am not and never will QUIT on it.

  • Paul  says:

Merry Christmas Aiden and Steve, hope you and your respective families have a wonderful Christmas and New Year break!

  • David Brown  says:

Thanks for this Steve. This really is the key. I wrote something similar on the secret to getting what you want in a blogpost a month or so ago which I have posted below.

Thanks for this, Steve. Very inspiring. Congrats to Jeff.

  • Mario  says:

Really great post as usual. I hope 2017 will be an opportunity to apply all these great advices. I was surprised that the winner has already been announced before the end of the day.

  • Matt Cobb  says:

Good stuff!! Thanks Steve. Looking forward to learning more from you guys!

  • Hovhannes  says:

Thank you Steve for your words of wisdom. I agree letting the ‘EVERY DAY DAMNIT!’ be the new battle cry. I have allowed my daily job responsibilities to be used as an excuse to delay full implementation of my internet business plans. I appreciate your reminders.

  • Gary  says:

Awesome Steve. Thanks for the very simple yet sage advice. Looking forward to learning more. Congrats to Jeff. Merry Christmas to all!

  • Micheal  says:

Cool stuff! Totally agree on every word you said Steve, I have known about this process sometime ago. That you have to know what you really want in life, see it like it’s already there, visualize and feel it like you already have it. Anf just work on it every single day. But somehow forgot about this process. Great wake up call for me. Thanks for reminding me about it. Looking forward for the next post. And congrats Jeff.

  • Nick  says:

Thanks Steve, consider me inspired. Proud of all the learnings and skills acquired in recent months but this vid is a reminder that these are the “small things” and life is not built on the small things. Prioritizing What I Really Want for myself and my family is the foundation stone that I now put into place FIRST. With this focus, 2017 success is assured as I commit to Right Action Every Day Damnit. This has got to be awesome as its so obvious that it stands to reason is the thing most people neglect. Thanks again for the reminder and I super look forward to the rest of the series. Best

  • Geoffrey Kamali  says:

    Wow! Congrats, Jeff.
I feel this video was spot-on about me.
Guilty as hell, I admit I haven’t taken action enough through out most of the year.
That line, “Every sing day, damn it, move closer to the finish…” is awesome and will be my mantra in 2017.
Thanks Steve. Happy holidays to y’all!

  • Shaheer ahmed  says:

Great steve I am in the queue waiting for the boot camp training.

  • Sally C Austin  says:

Eureka! Thank you Steven (and Aidan), you just helped me reach my tipping point and I now realise what I REALLY REALLY want out of the rest of my life. I have been playing with it for several years, can you believe it? But not until just watching your video message did I truly know what direction I wanted to take and what my ultimate goal in life is. Now, I can execute each day another step in attaining that goal. The plan is jumbled around in my head, it’s been in my heart for years, so just need to get it down on paper about how I systematically, clinically reach my ultimate goal. Relentless determination and persistence are some of my key characteristics that I have let slide lately but not any more – thanks again and Merry Christmas to both your families. I am looking forward to Day 2 even more now xxoo…

  • Tamara  says:

Seriously great video content Steve. Heads up Tony Robbins. Steve Clayton has a get-real, doable corner on personal development for business success.

    • Aidan and Steve  says:

I am certain Tony’s worried! I think I come up to his knee caps…even at 6 feet tall 🙂

  • Tamara  says:

Thanks Aiden. You really went straight to it, one the most business changing and challenging things. I’d like to hear more about when, during a startup from scratch specifically, one should seek a partner. I have a feeling that understanding the business and a mutual understanding roles of each partner is quintessential and there might be some sort of ‘if you’ve crossed this line then it’s time’ to seriously seek out a partner? – Tamara

    • Tamara  says:

oops, the comment for Aiden is supposed to be on the Day 2 page 🙂

  • Francisco  says:

Super video! Why is so damn difficult to decide? Steve, I really struggle with this and I have known this for quite some time. The book “Think and grow rich” talks about this and other books I have read. And I know that the very first step is to DECIDE what you want in life, but I’m just stuck. I wan’t to start 2017 with conviction.

  • Bob M - Texian  says:

I just watched this vid a second time. Great stuff and very much appreciated! I did screen copies of all the main slides for reminders and am going to print and frame the Every Single Day Damnit slide to put on my office desk. So, Steve I will be seeing you smiling face on a daily basis along with your great quote. 🤠
Thanks again for the great messaging!

  • Lady Yvette  says:

Thanks a million for the awesome “Tools & Tips”, Steve.

I have signed up for Trello, and I plan to start using it TODAY. Why wait for the New Year when there’s much to do NOW!

I’ve noticed over the years that, based on my track record, each time I plan to wait, it is likely that I also simultaneously (and unconsciously) plan to fail.

    Thanks again!

  • BRIAN MUNROE  says:

Very nice, love the straight forward advice.

    Brian

  • Clare Maloney  says:

Totally agree! It has taken me years to figure out what I want, but now I know. And because I know, I can do everything I need to do to make that happen. Thanks for everything you do for us and here’s to a great 2017!!!

  • Marcia Schwanger  says:

I know what I want, I just haven’t known how to get it or don’t have the “where-with-all” to make it happen. I am very hopeful that 2017 is going to be different with help from Steve and Aiden and friends!

  • Carol Dankelman  says:

My husband and I are thinking about making a major change in our life, and this is just what we needed at this time. THANK YOU!

  • Richard REad  says:

    Great advice! Thanks Steve

  • Yolanda  says:

Thanks for the post. For me, taking the time to figure out what you want is key and is the gateway to living a Happy Life. I always like to take some time at end of the year and recap on my goals and level set for the upcoming year.

  • Tami  says:

Really appreciate this. This helps me to start to put things into perspective.

  • Robin Sardini  says:

The Secret to Getting What You Want in Life. This should be a Kindle book, Steve! I took a full page of notes on this video alone. You break it down so well. Thanks for the information and your motivational, uplifting message!
